Anne Frank died soon after her sister Margot. They had just been relocated to Bergen-Belsen from Auschwitz concentration camp. She had scabies and had contracted typhus and Anne succumbed to the disease just a few weeks prior to the camp being liberated by Jewish troops on April 15, 1945.
