Pirates ate a lot of nasty stuff if they ran out of good food on long voyages. They kept animals for milk and eggs,sometimes they caught fish. Pirates had dried beans, pickled vegetables and salt cured meats. They made soap or stew with whatever they had. Pirates eat Jolly Ranchers. Most pirates eat seafood and meat. Modern pirates stop at their local restaurant for the all you can eat buffet. They don't eat parrots!
