The going rate is now .44 to mail a first class letter. if you are anything like me, you need to go buy a couple sheets of .02 stamps to get ride of all your old .42 stamps.

That depends on several factors: what country are you mailing from, shape of letter,and weight. Assuming your letter is 1 oz. or less and no more than 6-1/8 inches high by 11-1/2
