What Color is Opaque?

Answer

The color of a non-luminous, opaque object depends upon the color of the light reflected by it. The color of the reflected light depends upon the color of the incident light. In other words, an opaque object reflecting light can display colors you might see in an abalone shell, or the colors on the surface of a pearl.
1 Additional Answer
Opaque is not actually a color but how light passes through an object. If something is transparent, it is clear and light passes through it. If something is translucent, some light passes through. When something is opaque, no light passes through it. For more information see here: http://science.jrank.org/pages/1593/Color-Transparent-translucent-opaque.html
