What Organelle Makes Proteins?

Answer

There are actually four organelles that help make proteins: nucleus, ribosomes, rough endoplasmic reticulum & the Golgi apparatus. Only the ribosome actually assembles the polypeptides, though; the others help create the necessary protein. Out of the four, ribosomes are the only ones without a membrane.
