A very easy recipe for making liquid soap using bar soap and you can even use up your scraps. You will need 4 oz bar of natural soap, 1 gallon of distilled water, a grater, a big pot, and a hand mixer. Heat the distilled water just enough to steam. Next grate the bar soap and add to the water. Remove the mixture off the heat and let stand about 15 minutes. Last blend the soap and water with the hand mixer and let set overnight. If the mixture is not completely blended after sitting overnight blend again and let it set. When blended you can pour the mixture into a container (i.e. an olive oil bottle) and be sure to wash your hands.
