How to Cook Turkey in Electric Roaster?

Answer

Cooking a turkey in an electric roaster is quite similar to cooking it in the oven. Preheat your roaster to 350 degrees. Take and remove the neck and the gizzards from the inside of your turkey. Wash turkey thoroughly. If you want to add stuffing to the turkey you can do that at this time. Now place the turkey in the roaster on the metal rack. Take some melted butter and drip it around on the entire turkey. Place desired seasonings on the turkey. Place approximately 2 cups of water in bottom of the electric roaster. Place cover on top of roaster and let cook. Cook the turkey about 20 for every pound of turkey. Enjoy!
