This depends on the size of yeast. Most packets however, are around two tablespoons worth of yeast. Did you know yeast is used in making alcohol?

The yeast packages I buy have about 1/2 teaspoon of yeast in them. If you are unsure about youurs, simply open the package and measure the amount of yeast that's in it.
