How to Cut Up a Deer?

Answer

There are many ways in which you can butcher a deer. It will all depend on what cuts of meat you are looking to get. I save the back strap out of my deer and then de-bone the entire deer after quartering it. You then take all the meat and grind it. I also like to take a deer and just quarter it up and freeze it in big pieces for when we want to smoke. Finally, I will also cut the deer up into smaller chunks and make roasts out of the deer.
