To view your toolbar back to your web browser you have to hit the ctrl V. Then you select toolbar and reactivate the toolbar that you want to view.

Sometimes that toolbar can be a life saver just due to the fact sometimes you need to hit the back button or maybe the homepage button. To get it back just go to view -> toolbars
