How do I Reset my Computer Completely?

Answer

If you want to reset your computer back to how it was when you first got it then you will need the original installation disks that came with it. Most manufacturers include restore cds with their computers to send the computer back in time to how it was when it first came out of the box. If you have your restore cds then you can run them and they will wipe the computer clean and reinstall it back to the factory settings. If you don't have the restore cd however you can use a windows installation cd (or whatever operating system your computer has) and reinstall the operating system. You will need to make sure that you have the driver cds available to reinstall the files for the computer hardware (i.e. video car,d sound card, etc).
