I don't know about making google 'your' search engine but you can make it your home page. That is the first page that pops up when you click on your browser icon. Just click on Control Panel, Internet Options, and the General tab, if it doesn't pop up first. You will see a box for entering the address. Or, if you have plenty of money, maybe you can 'buy' it.
