Computer history can be deleted by chosing the delete internet history button under internet options tab. If you are trying to delete specific sites, you can simple go in to the history tab and delete those one at a time.

There're two ways to delete your history. The first one is to press Ctrl + H then a new window will appear on the left side on your screen so you can choose today folder or last week folder or 2 last weeks or all of them & delete them. The second is to open My computer then C them Documents and Settings then The user name then Local Settings then History.
