There are a few ways to find out if your pc has bluetooth, first try searching for it, go to start, and type in bluetooth in the search bar, if bluetooth file transfer wizard or bluetooth devices comes up, then your pc has it installed. If that doesn't work try restarting your computer, if its bluetooth enabled, the logo will appear in the bottom right hand side of the start bar, if you don't see it there, go to your control panel and see if the logo is there.
