Where can I Compare Cell Phone Plans?

Answer

I find it easier to compare cell phone plans online. Most of the time you will also find a better deal with cell phone companies online then you will when you go to a dealer. If you are more comfortable talking with someone, you can always call the companies support line and see what plans they have or visit the nearest store that is a dealer for them. I personally like the cell phones companies with one set fee for unlimited calling and texting.
